The theory proposes a major transformation in the way our schools run. At G.K Public School we make a conscious effort in the application of various theory using music, co-operative learning, art activities, role play role play, multimedia, field trips & inner reflection. Our Language learning-English language will be taught through the child centric method of Jolly Phonics – a method that involves learning language through the medium of sounds or “Phonics”.
Whilst the conventional method of English language learning is initiated through the 26 letters in the “alphabet”, Jolly phonics employs the use of 42 letter sounds. These 42 letter sounds make up the English language. There is a story, action and song with every letter to bring learning to children.
They are then taken through the stages of blending and segmenting words to develop reading and writing skills. Jolly Phonics is a fun way to learn letter sounds and is a great way to prepare your child for school.

Our Primary School introduces children to the excitement and challenges of independent learning. We try to involve and stimulate all the nine intelligences.
